Abstract

A continuous-wave, mid-infrared, distributed feedback, interband cascade laser was used to detect and quantify formaldehyde (H2CO) using off axis, integrated cavity output spectroscopy in gas mixtures ranging from «1-25 ppmV in H2CO.
