Abstract

We have applied CARS spectroscopy to the probing of laboratory and full size chemical reactors and to very high temperature gas flows inside incandescent lamps. This talk will describe the use of CARS measurements in both applications. The talk will conclude with a short summary of some alternative non—linear techniques which we plan to use in future studies.
