Abstract
Digital holography (DH) with two-wavelength method has been applied for the shape profile measurement of objects having rough surfaces. To conduct two-wavelength method in digital holography, it is necessary to record holograms by using two different wavelengths of light sources [1]. To fulfill the method, we have proposed Two- Wavelength FMCW-DH (TW-FMCW-DH) for wavelength multiplexing in the time-frequency domain.
