Abstract

This is a summary of some of the imaging work we have been doing over the last fifteen or so years, using confocal microscopes and ophthalmoscopes. Although the work I report here comes from my labs and those of my collaborators, all of the video clips for the workshop talk were taken by collaborators – I just build ‘em, other folks use ‘em. Since this paper cannot have the video, let me list here the people who have worked on all this, and whose names should be attached to the wonderful live views of the inside of both clinical and research subjects. These are: Ann Elsner, Steve Bums, Francois Delori, and Fran Rogomentich at SERI, plus Milind Rajadhyaksha, Salvador Gonzalez, Matt White, Frank Koenig, Gary Tearney, Brett Bouma, Rox Anderson at Wellman Laboratories and Jim Zavislan of Lucid, Inc.
