Spherical Wave Volume Holographic Optical Element for Super-Resolution Digital Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

In this paper, a spherical wave volume holographic optical element for super-resolution digital holographic microscopy was fabricated. The volume holographic optical element was made of a two-chemistry photopolymer. The shape was fixed by using a rectangular cell.
