Abstract

Clusters play an important role in physical chemistry, material and surface sciences. They determine friction and corrosion properties of surfaces, stability and wetting properties of various films, properties of dyes, emulsions and foams, flotation and detergency of colloids, etc. Much attention has been paid to studying basic physical properties of simple clusters. Fractal clusters (fractals) are much less studied and draw an increasing attention.
