Abstract

Semiconductor modification with ion and laser beams (ion implantation, laser annealing, laser doping, laser-plasma implantation, laser etching, etc.) possess a great interest for microelectronics. Attractiveness of these methods is connected with the ability to achieve small-scale local modification, high concentration doping and high quality fabricated structures.
