Abstract

We present theoretical designs for Butterworth, Bessel, Chebyshev, and elliptic filters in 3-waveguide coupled Sagnac loop reflectors in silicon nanowire resonators to achieve broad filtering bandwidths with high roll-off for these classic filters.
