Assessing the Protein Structure Modifications Using Light - Emitting Diode Induced Autofluorescence Spectroscopy

Abstract

The current study reports the application of LED-induced autofluorescence (LED- IAF), a label-free technique, in assessing protein structures. The study showed variable autofluorescence spectra of proteins with structural variations, demonstrating the feasibility of LED-IAF in protein structure identification.
