Technologies for Next Generation Silicon Photonics

Abstract

We have demonstrated technologies for ultra high bandwidth silicon photonics. These include multi-mode communications multiplexing enabling bandwidth scaling and back-end integration with new materials such as graphene for ultra high speed devices.
