Radial Polarization Beams in Nanophotonics

Abstract

We show that a superresolution volume of the focal spot and an axially-super-resolved quasi-spherical focal spot can be produced for three-dimensional nanaophotonic fabrication, when radially polarized beams are tightly focused by a high numerical-aperture objective.
