Abstract

Post-dispersed Fourier transform spectrometers employing ultra low-noise detectors are the baseline for future astronomical far-infrared spectroscopic missions. Understanding their combined complex partially coherent behaviour is critical for addressing and controlling the instrument spectral and spatial response.
