Bilayer Berry Phase Metasurfaces with Linear Polarization Bases

Abstract

We investigate the use of bilayer metasurfaces for arbitrary polarization transformations not achievable with single layer and we report on the first Berry phase metasurface which operates on linear (instead of circular) polarization bases.
