Towards Efficient Quantum Dot-Based Schottky Photovoltaic Cells

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Schottky photovoltaic cells (PVs) based on PbS quantum dot films have recently attracted much research interest due to their ability to harvest solar energy at infrared wavelengths. By engineering the device structure and fabrication methods, we explore several important aspects that determine the performance of PbS QD-based Pvs. Article not available.
