Abstract
Mid-infrared hyperspectral imaging microscopy is performed using a quantum cascade laser dual-comb spectrometer. With spatial scanning, we capture high-resolution images containing 8100 pixels with ~1 mOD absorption noise across 200 spectral elements in 40 seconds.
