Optimisation of Entanglement Transfer Between Remote Nodes in Photonic Quantum Communication

Abstract

We assess the feasibility of the SnV as a source of resource states for photonic quantum information and communication protocols. In particular, we address the scalability of operations by investigating the ability to control the temporal mode of entangled photons to maximise their subsequent interaction with downstream nodes.
