Abstract
Dynamic-contrast speckle holography of biological tissues captures low-frequency Doppler shifts associated with cancer chemotherapy but are susceptible to 1/f noise. An ultra-stable common-path low-coherence Fresnel biprism system retains dynamic sensitivity extending detection to lower frequencies.
