Layer-based method for distortion correction of electron holographic 3D image display

Abstract

A fast calculation method for distortion-free magnification of 3D image in electron holography using a conventional lens based on the optical reversibility theorem and layer-generated hologram is proposed. Experiment shows that this method is effective.
