Accurate Aberration Compensation Using Programmable Multiplexed Grating Patterns

Abstract

Here, we propose a programmable multiplexed grating-based wavefront sensor (MGWS) to compensate for the presence of large number of aberration modes in the incident wavefront significantly and simulation results are included to validate our research findings.
