Features of reconstruction process in holographic scanning microscopy

Abstract

Laser scanning microscope based holographic setup introduces phase distortion in signal wave, so regular reconstruction leads to incorrectness. Analysis of light propagation through the schematics allow to offer reconstruction procedures depending on recording conditions.
