Dual wavelength digital holographic imaging of cells with phase background subtraction

Abstract

We describe a simple dual wavelength phase imaging method, which allows three dimensional measurements of a wide variety of biological systems and microstructures. Additionally, an effective method of removing phase background curvature is presented.
