Abstract

We present visible Fourier-reweighted stimulated Raman scattering (VFR-SRS), a vibrational imaging scheme that achieves sub-100 nm resolution by computationally amplifying high spatial frequency components, enabling label-free nanoscopic imaging of intracellular compartments.
