High-Sensitivity Time Error Detection of Pulse Repetition-Rate Multiplier Using Electro-Optic Sampling-Based Timing Detection

Abstract

We demonstrate high-sensitivity measurement of delay time error in pulse repetition rate multiplier using electro-optic sampling-based timing detector. The proposed method showed 12- times higher sensitivity compared to radio-frequency spectrum measurement method.
