Abstract
Enhancement of helicity-dependent topological photocurrents in epitaxially-grown Bi2Se3 with reduced twinning is investigated with polarization-sensitive time-domain THz spectroscopy. Strong dependence of the circular and linear photogalvanic effects are observed to correlate with the azimuthal angle.
