Monolithic FMCW Lidar chip with Integrated Transceiver Array and Lens-assisted Beam Steering (LABS)

Abstract

A frequency-modulated continuous-wave Lidar chip with integrated transceiver array and lens-assisted beam steering is demonstrated. It enables beam emitting, steering and receiving on a single Lidar chip with simultaneous distance and velocity detection.
