Temporal Soliton in a Fiber Laser Cavity with a Detuned Injected Signal for Ultra-dense Optical Frequency Comb Generation

Abstract

We generate broadband ultra-dense optical frequency comb in a coherently driven laser pumped below its oscillation threshold. We investigate, both theoretically and experimentally, the crucial role played by the cavity detuning.
