Abstract

Supercontinuum generation in microstructured optical fiber with as a core-material is presented. The sample provides a new dispersion landscape with the zero-dispersion-wavelength approaching telecommunication wavelengths allowing for intense nonlinear frequency broadening across near-infrared.
