Abstract
Structured illumination microscopy using arrays of nanoridges is investigated. A resolution of ~50 nm (λ0 = 458 nm) is demonstrated. Compared to approaches leveraging surface-plasmon-polaritons, the coupled nanoridges improve the super-resolution by more than 10%.
