Abstract

We will present the advantages of the single-crystal-fiber (SCF) concept and review the main results obtained in ultrashort multi-stages Yb:YAG SCF amplifiers for high average power (100W) and high energy (mJ) regimes using Divided-Pulse-Amplification technic.
