Abstract

We demonstrate an all-fiber erbium-doped laser mode-locked by an inkjet-printed black phosphorus saturable absorber, delivering 102 fs pulses with 40 nm spectral width. Our work highlights the potential of BP-based devices for future photonic technologies.
