Abstract

We study the interaction of two-dimensional atomic lattices with a single surface plasmon polariton. We propose a general framework to realize photonic Chern insulators with an arbitrary Chern number. This enables us to design robust non-reciprocal photonic devices including unidirectional single-photon sources.
