Adaptive multiparameter estimation at the quantum bound on chip

Abstract

The achievement of quantum-enhanced estimation precision is a fundamental challenge. Here, we prove experimentally the saturation of the ultimate quantum limits employing an integrated photonic sensor and developing a fully artificial intelligence-based adaptive protocol.
