Nanoantenna Electro-Optical-Transducer Utilizing Monolayer WSe2

Abstract

We realize a nanoscale electro-optical transducer by combining single plasmonic antennas with monolayer WSe2. We demonstrate light detection and emission from a single device and discuss different excitation strategies for the emission.
