Independent phase and amplitude control of second harmonic generation from electrically tunable nonlinear polaritonic metasurfaces

Abstract

We present electrically tunable nonlinear polaritonic metasurfaces for second harmonic generation with independently controllable effective nonlinear susceptibility in the range of 0 to 160 nm/V in magnitude and 0 to 2π in phase, respectively.
