Abstract
Spatial light modulators need smaller pixels to achieve high resolution holographic displays. Today, Liquid-Crystal on Silicon (LCOS) technology does not allow downsizing pixel pitch below 1 μm. [1,2] and metasurface technology still does not enable an independent control of each meta-atom in the visible [3,4]. To this end, it is necessary to be able to independently address several pixels with a pixel pitch under 1 μm.
