Abstract
With the recent developments in photonic computing platforms, the need of novel optical memories becomes increasingly important [1]. Optoacoustic memories have shown great potential due to their strong light-matter interaction, small footprint and high bandwidth [2]. These coherent and volatile memories can be controlled entirely optically, but so far their intrinsic storage time is limited to approximately 10 ns [3].
