Abstract
Terahertz (THz) science is a rapidly growing research field with both theoretical and practical implications. The unique characteristics of THz waves, bring THz technology to the forefront of various research areas such as sensing, imaging, and communications, having the potential to make significant advancements in these industries [1,2]. However, to fully harness the power of THz waves in such applications, it is essential to have advanced optical components such as modulators, wave-plates, and lenses in addition to efficient sources and detectors [2,3]. Rotating the polarization state of THz waves is also of great importance. However, in the THz frequency range, natural materials that possess significant optical activity are not readily available.
