Abstract
In recent years, table-top linear accelerators such as dielectric laser accelerators (DLA) [2, 3] have been proposed and simulated to change the high-running-cost microwave accelerators. THz pulses enable more accurate synchronization of particles with the phase of accelerating field, due to the hundred times longer oscillation period than that of near-infrared pulses. Because of the longer wavelength the amount of accelerated particles can also be much higher [1]. Recently, THz-based DLA [4] has been investigated numerically.
