Abstract

Sn2P2S6 crystals ensure a rather high two-beam coupling gain factor (Γ ≥ 10 cm-1) and relatively short relaxation time (τ ≈ 5 ms) with radiation of He-Ne laser [1], they are sensitive also up to λ = 1.3 μm. In this report we present the data on phase conjugation of He-Ne laser beams in backward-wave four-wave mixing geometry and with the self pumped conjugator based on the ring-loop photorefractive coherent oscillator.
