An All-Optical Reservoir Computer based on Time Stretch and Spectral Mixing

Abstract

A novel all-optical Reservoir Computing (RC) based on time-stretch and spectral mixing is demonstrated. Virtual nodes in the reservoir layer are achieved in time and wavelength domains. Simulation results verify its utility in waveform classification.
