Resistive Switching and Electrochromic Characteristics of DNA Biopolymer Devices

Abstract

We present both resistive switching and electrochromic characteristics of a transparent DNA biopolymer-based device. The device exhibits an on/off ratio of ~100 at 0.4V and more than 20% change in transmittance under applied voltages.
