Abstract
Passive stabilization of pulse-to-pulse energy for a 50-mJ-class Ti:sapphire CPA system has been demonstrated. Very-low energy fluctuations of 0.5% rms (50 seconds) and 0.7% rms (150 minutes) were achieved by using the new method.
