Abstract

Detailed information on micro surface cracks in a component is very important to prevent a severe system failure. In this paper, we have investigated the effects of laser surface waves according to the number and the depth of multiple surface cracks. Here, we describe the experimental results to detect multiple surface cracks by using a laser ultrasound.
