Abstract

We propose a simple technique for introducing a higher-order group velocity dispersion by bending a tapered deformable mirror in a 4-f pulse shaper. We design the taper shape and demonstrate a preliminary experiment of the spectral phase control in the wavelength range from 700 nm to 900 nm.
