Abstract

Harmonic seeded x-ray laser has become an important research topic on the way towards high-brightness and excellent-quality soft x-ray source. Recently, we have succeeded separately in demonstration of a Ni-like Ag x-ray laser and high-order harmonics at the same wavelengths to realize harmonic seeded x-ray laser at 13.9-nm wavelength.
