Abstract

The optical UV absorption of human single living cells ranging from 200 nm to 350 nm was measured in situ for the study of the NIR femtosecond laser cell processing. The human breast living cells of MCF-10A, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231 were studied in this experiment.
