Abstract

In this article, non-doped and nitrogen doped ZnO films were deposited by plasma-assisted Metal-organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) on sapphire. The optical properties were investigated by the measurement of photoluminescence, Raman scattering and ultraviolet absorption.
