A New Transimpedance Preamplifier for Fiber Optics Applications

Abstract

A fully CMOS transimpedance preamplifier for fiber optics receiver is presented. It is based on the common-gate topology, with negative feedback to increase the bandwidth and minimize the noise of the circuit.
