Abstract
GdxY1−xCa4O (BO3)3 has been found to be 90° phase-matchable for type-1 SHG from 0.3622 µm to 0.4129 µm along y and from 0.4163 µm to 0.4802 µm along z by changing Gd molar concentration. The Sellmeier's equations of GdCa4O(BO3)3 and YCa4O(BO3)3 are also presented.
