Polymer-based Solid-state multi-strip dye lasers for laser spectroscopy without frequency scanning

Abstract

Polymer-based solid-state distributed feedback dye lasers with multi-strip waveguide are developed, where each strip generates narrow-band emission at different wavelength. Using this device, laser spectroscopy without scanning is possible with temporal resolution down to picosecond region.
